Debate Forum closing

As the site is now very busy with all the things either side of the forum as well as many sections to the forum itself, I've merged the General and debate forums together.

Debate was created as there were a lot of silly threads being made in General which hopefully won't happen this time round.

I think that's a good move as those two sections were very similar :)

agreed its a good move i must think of some new topics up as I've not made a thread yet on the new improved site :)
