Hmm! I'm annoyed. I've been waiting to be Beta tester for like year, then they said they'd email me when it was up and running, and they never did. Very annoyed.

I've been a beta tester for ages, since 28/07/07 to be precise (Date of the email). It is good and useful, used to get mock the week from it, I still get stuff like Jonathan Ross, French and Saunders and The real Hustle from it :p

not all its cracked up to be - mine keeps going down and then when it is working it's slow. Prefer the channel 4 one to be honest. Shame they have to charge for everything - surely thats why we pay the licence fee. In america they dont get charged to watch repeats - we get penalised so much over here :(

See I'm the other way round, I found 4oD more buggy but it seems to be improving, theres also less programs I watch

That is the problem though, i'll watch tv and then generally get the torrent if it's a series i want to watch or watch bbc3 as they generally repeat all the other bbc shows. The bbci player just doesn't do it for me. I've had it a few months now (since July i think) and i just can't take to it. I really dont like the cost thing though grrr!

I've never got the Iplayer to actually download anything, another thing that p's me off is now that I have a Vista PC there isnt a version for it,however you can get the Iplayer to work with Vista if you run in compatability mode,do egistry tweaks etc.

In comparison 4OD works a treat for me & works on both XP & Vista perfectly:)

Although 4OD hasnt always had vista compatibility I'd like to add!

iPlayers great at the moment - all scissorhands and scissorhands uncut are on there :)
