well i didnt get to bed untill 2, i listened to the surgery then couldnt sleep so watched tv then it was 2....lol :) im gonna try and listen to it tomo though :D

haha they dont always help i was on them for a bit off them now to still i can just about get to sleep some times

I started on them as I had neighbours from hell :argue: They would start argueing at 1 in the morning and I had to get up at 4 for work :(

I am on half measures now, but they still knock me out :)

I did try that as I had an icon at the top of my screen that took me to Radio 1 and all the programmes. But now it goes straight to what is playing at that time, and cannot go to anything else.

I even had to google the Chris Moyles show to get to listen again.

I'm not keen on change :(
