Just emailed this on the website, but I seem to remember Chris saying they don't really read the email, I thought I'd post it here just in case Aled might actually read it and pass it along....
Not sure if this’ll get to Will, but regarding the lost Dave & Dom videos on the hard drive….

Since it’s an external mac drive you’ll need to pop it out of the case and connect it to a desktop PC to run the software. While I haven’t had cause to use it, it comes pretty highly recommended. If anything can fix it this should, since it will try and recover any bad hard drive sectors it can – it could take hours though. Hope it helps!
