I sent an angry email about the way the BBC Trust was interfering with the Chris Moyles show a few weeks back. Anyway heres the reply i received today:
Dear Mr Jones
Thanks for your e-mail regarding 'The Chris Moyles Show' and the Russell Brand, Jonathan Ross issue.
Firstly, please accept our apologies for the delay in replying. We know our correspondents appreciate a quick response and we are sorry you have had to wait on this occasion.
I understand that you find that light hearted games on 'The Chris Moyles Show' such as the missing word game are too easy and that the BBC overreacted with regards to Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross.
With regards to Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross, you might like to visit the following website which provides the BBC Trust's findings on the incident which makes clear that the incident breached editorial guidelines, which is why the action was taken:

I understand that a friend of yours was given an incorrect response to a positive comment on the scandal and I'd like to apologize for this misunderstanding.
I do appreciate Mr Jones that you may still be unhappy with the light hearted games and our decision in the Russell Brand affair therefore I'd like to assure you that I've registered your complaint on our audience log.
This is a daily report of audience feedback that's circulated to many BBC staff, including members of the BBC Executive Board, channel controllers and other senior managers.
The audience logs are seen as important documents that can help shape decisions about future programming and content.
Thanks once again for taking the time to contact us.
Regards

Does she think i am complaining about the "light hearted games"?
My email was totally in support of light hearted games. In fact i was complaining about them taking them away.:angry::angry:
Anyway the original email was as follows:
I would like to complain in no uncertain terms about the way that the BBC trust continually spoils my enjoyment of BBC output such as The Chris Moyles Show,
I find it offensive that the BBC Trust feel my hand needs to be held through competitions, and find it insulting to my intelligence that they will not allow certain light hearted features such as the missing word game.
This follows my outrage about the way the Russell Brand show situation was handled, where the BBC as a whole completely disregarded the views of the target audience of the show, in favour of the biased and disgraceful commentary by the newspapers. This outrage was made worse when a friend of mine tried to make a positive comment on the scandal, and was sent a letter saying that her COMPLAINT had been noted. IT WAS NOT A COMPLAINT.
Please stop insulting my intelligence, and let shows like The Chris Moyles show and Friday Night with Jonathan Ross continue to MAKE THE LICENSE FEE WORTH PAYING.
Does that sound like I'm unhappy at the light hearted games on The Chris Moyles show.?
