Oh Alton Towers is Amazing! I'm an Annual Pass holder which means after a couple of visists I get in free basically, And Theres so many Fab Roller Coasters there! Nemesis, Oblivion, Air, all my favourites ^.^ Duel is good too, Not to mention Hex, Hex is fab!!!! Also did I metion I have an Annual Pass? I get 20% off the Hotel bookings and Food and Drink when I go, and also 5 quid of a photo pass! Brilliant! I want to live at Alton towers, it would be my dream come true... *Stops before he bores people*

I should perhaps say a little more about myself seeing as I've invited myself along to this little Aled party you're having. I'm a student in Portsmouth, currently on a Maths degree... but I've realised I have an allergy to Mathematics beyond GCSE and its causing my brain to hurt a lot, possibly due to swelling... most probably to do with Maths being so goddamn hard.
So of course... not looking to give up the lifestyle of student quite yet I've decided to change to a Radio Production course, which is all going though on UCAS now so hopefully that'll be commencing in November. Until then I am involved in Student Radio, Pure FM. Hoping to get work experience at a local FM station and I've applied for a creative traineeship at Radio 1.

I started listening to Radio 1 last year, beginning with Scott Mills, transferring my main affections to Greg James just 4 months later. Which is yet to be shaken from me. I think Aled is wonderful on the Surgery, so empathetic and caring.

Thats enough I think... I'm slightly deceived by the half sized reply box... I'm hoping it will mean that I haven't written nearly as much as I think I have.

It was a good essay, don't worry! Slightly concerned by your affection for the awful Scott Mills (I know, I am in a minority here.....), but comforted by your adoption of Greg James. And I agree, The Surgery is tailor made for Aled.

Good luck with all the radio stuff - how difficult is it to get a creative traineeship at Radio 1? It must be pretty competitive I imagine.

Oh very very competitive. Thousands will be going for it... which means I don't have a chance really (well I do... 1 in thousands probability wise) but it is a very worthwhile trying to go for it just because it would be so amazing to get it.
