What happened was our egotistical manager/chairman at Hereford United decided to ban a fan for life from Edgar Street on the basis that he ran an internet fans forum.

Everyone at Hereford and around the world is outraged at this decision and put an online petition up about it.

You may not understand what it means to HUFC but if you could sign the petition it would be a big help.

I signed one today against cuts in my local fire service. That's a little silly isn't it? Surely if it was a hate forum fair enough. Well Yeah i sign!

I've signed it. That is rediculas. Surly they should be glad of a fan site rather than banning it. Its not really the best way of treating your fans and he's not doing any damage by having it.

Is there more to this than meets the eye? It does appear to be very heavy handed if it is true...

seriously, we've got major support on this from people in south korea, USA, poland, norway, sweden, everywhere across europe. Several in South America and there is a large group of people in New Zealand.... kinda weird really for a small city which most people in the UK have never heard of

It is a bit over the top to ban a person for a fan based forum on the ground and really heavy handed to say the least
but I'm wondering is it maybe the content of the site he was banned for and not just the site i mean for example it could be discriminating but as i don't know what the site was like its not for me to speculate.

anyway i will sign it too ;) hope he gets to go-to the games again soon
